Placeholders don't work

Hi, I have successfully installed your plugin and was trying it out with some test events. I wanted to use the RSVP functionality, so I tried adding the placeholder, “#_ADDBOOKINGFORM” to my event page. I added it under the HTML source tab, but it doesn’t work correctly. Instead of seeing the desired form, I see the text of the placeholder. Is there a simple fix to correct this?

The placeholders are to be used in the EME settings page (in the admin interface), not on normal pages.
