Hi Franky,
I’ve found a plugin conflict between EME & https://getshortcodes.com/
We use a box shortcode in our events from this plugin, looks like: [su_box title=”Important” box_color=”#e6000c”] Some information.[/su_box]
The box renders fine on the event apart it doesn’t bring the title value over.
I’ve added the same shortcode to a blog post and another part of the site which doesn’t use blocks and the title value renders as it should.
On an event: https://test.learning.necsu.nhs.uk/events/teams-meetings-5/
On a blog: https://test.learning.necsu.nhs.uk/2022/06/17/box-test-1/
On another non-blocks section: https://test.learning.necsu.nhs.uk/groups/test/course-info/
I’ve tried the standard 2022 theme as well as the one I normally use and the same thing happens which makes it look like the EME plugin is stripping/overwriting the title value from the shortcode somehow.
Appreciate it if you can take a look please?
Thanks,
David.
Your test site is not responding, but I installed the plugin and added this to an event:
[su_box title=”Important” box_color=”#e6000c”] Some information.[/su_box]
and it works as expected (with the title). Theme I tried: twentyone. In twentytwo it also works but the title is rendered white so it seems invisible by default (because the background is white too), maybe that’s the problem in your case too.
