So why are installed incorrectly?

Which must be corrected this error? mysql?

These are *not* installed by EME, probably you installed the other plugin called “Events Manager” before this one. These conflict in database settings … see also at the bottom of the faq here: http://www.e-dynamics.be/wordpress/?page_id=195
