Registration blacklist

Would it be possible to have a blacklist option so that registrations can be rejected based on various criteria (email address, country, name, etc…)?

While not completely what you want, you can define a email blacklist (domain, subdomain or complete addresses) in the not-yet-released 2.3.10 version. A name is easily changed, and I think a real WAF is better suited to catch those. Or your webserver to block on geoip (country or whatever).
