RSVP cancel cutoff date doesn't work properly

Hi Franky,

Please have a look on the latest release (2.1.3), it seems that the “RSVP cancel cutoff” value is not working as it should.
At least it is set to 1 (which should prevent any cancellations in 24hrs) on my site, yet it allows cancellation for an event which starts this afternoon.

Also I’d like to ask about another feature which I’ve been missing in the latest version:
When I approve/cancel a pending booking on the “pending bookings” page, there were a “send mail to booker about this action” rolldown menu. Nowadays this is not displayed, was this on purpose? (as I couldn’t see anything related in the changelogs. I may be blind though.)
