Everything works well
Tickets are booked, payed and sended to the clients.
but if I scan a ticket I got the message: this link is only for wp persons with the correct rights
(by the way I made a test event for one day to check if scanning works)
I installed user role editor in the beginning everything works fine
but I think the problem is in the event_page
I made a custom event page called: buy here your tickets.
So there are 2 pages in the website
1 is called: “evenementen” this is the dynamic one I gues
2 is called: buy here youre tickets made by me.
my question: Should I delete the dynamic page?
or not if I make a new event_pagehope you can help
Sun 21 Jul 2019 at 18:38 #60142FrankyKeymasterPlease post a link to your singe event as an example, also check if the special events page setting in EME. If your single event renders fine, then that is not the problem.
The person that’s logged in for the qrcode-attendance check needs either the “Approve bookings” or “Edit bookings” capability. The next version will add another capability that is more clear (and the doc will be changed to reflect this too).Mon 22 Jul 2019 at 00:07 #60143AnonymousInactiveI can not find Approve bookings or edit bookings
also can not find special event pageplease help

Mon 22 Jul 2019 at 11:40 #60145AnonymousInactivethere is no documentation about access wich settings should be were
wen i just started wit this plugin everything worked fine
please help could we discuss by phone please??Mon 22 Jul 2019 at 14:13 #60146FrankyKeymasterLike I already explained via mail: currently the doc is not up-to-date concerning the needed access rights for qrcode-scanning, but I explained above which capabilities your user should have: either the “Approve bookings” or “Edit bookings”, see EME settings, tab “access”.
Your roles (which combine these capabilities) should reflect the same value (by default a user with is an editor is allowed).
If you want my support onsite: mail me an admin account and pwd, so I can take a look on your end, and also an email with a qrcode in it (so I don’t have to regenerate it).Fri 8 Nov 2019 at 09:07 #60498AnonymousInactiveTip for scanning tickets with Iphone
Don’s put your Iphone in privat web accesFri 8 Nov 2019 at 09:08 #60499AnonymousInactiveWhere or how can I find amound of scaned tickets?
Fri 8 Nov 2019 at 09:37 #60500FrankyKeymasterCurrently that amount is stored per payment, not per event. Reason is that for multi-bookings, you can book and pay for different events in one go, hence the payment is taken.
But I could add the event_id in the qr-code and then store the attendance count per event too. -
