semicolon as a separator of csv-files

I place this as a separate feature, but it is directly related to the previous one:
Would it be possible the create csv-files also with “;” instead of “,” as a separator?

With the german versions of MS Excel or Access importing/uploading data gets difficult as the decimal separator and the fields separator are both “,”.

I hope this would be possible.

This should not be too difficult 🙂
But to not cause problems for other people, I’d need to create an option for this. I’m just not sure where to put it: “general”, “rsvp” or “other”. I think I’ll go for “Other” …
