Events Made Easy › Forums › How do I … › …send an email to administrator after paypal callback?
Hi,
first of all, thanks for your great work.
I’m kind of new to wordpress so I hope you’ll bear with me.
I’d like to have an email sent to the administrator after the conclusion of a paypal transaction, saying whether it went well or not, reporting transaction unique number, event id and custom data (id, surname etc) but I can’t find the right hook.
Another question. When the transaction is positive, shouldn’t the field “paid” go “yes” on the booking list? I’m using paypal’s sandbox and it just doesn’t. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks in advance for your time.
Pietro
For the moment there’s no hook yet for ipn. I’ll add some this evening.
Concerning sandbox and ipn: I think paypal doesn’t touch your ipn when using a sandbox account, but you can emulate ipn’s via paypal: https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/applications/ipn_simulator
Again, thanks a lot! 🙂
Action hook eme_ipn_action added, see:
