Send automatic E-Mail one day before start date

Is it possible to generate an automatic email one day before the start date?
If yes, is this also possible to generate this email only for specific categories (like if the event is categroy “online event” then send an mail one day before start date?

That would be awesome if that would work! Thanks for your response!

See the “email management” submenu, tab “event related emails’. If you have queuing activated, you can chose the dates on which you want to send specific mails.
Setting this when defining an event is not yet possible, feel free to donate for the feature.
