Events Made Easy › Forums › How do I … › Shortcode problems… please, help!!
Hi there,
I installed this great plugin and I’m using it very fine so far. As a new event is not a post, I’m trying to use shortcodes to show the event as a post. Now, I opened a new post with wordpress and inserted the following shortcode:
[events_list 2010-09-18]
Unfortunately it doesn’t work… it shows me the complete list of events. Please, can you help?
Thanks!
Luigi
Wrong usage of the arguments. Try this:
[events_list scope=2010-09-18]
Not working mate, sorry…
I’d already tried this, but it keeps showing the full list…

sorry mate, my mistake – I had two events on the same date. Really sorry for bothering you :/
Btw: is there any way to show in a post events by ID?
Thank you very much
L
In the trunk (devel) version, there’s a shortcode for showing events by ID, if that’s what you’re looking for?
Oh, cool!
I was looking for an event ID shortcode in order to publish in a post only one event in case I have more than one event on the same date – in which case with the current event_list option is not possible.
Thanks!
L
