    I want only the members of my site to register for an event and so I’ve set all events to private. My problem is that you can’t see the events when your nog logged in. I prefer that everybody can see the list, but only members can subscribe

    Then set your events to public again, and set the option “Require WP membership to be able to register” in the Event Settings page
