Submit button not working in Chrome, Does in Firefox

new user to this plugin, looks great so far.
For some reason, I am unable to submit the RSVP form via Chrome but can in Firefox
I am not developer by any means but in my research of this issue I figured out how to launch the javascript debugger tool in Chrome and see the following output when submitting:

jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:4 POST https://loveamericafoundation.org/?page_id=6892&event_id=4 net::ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR

I tried this on another computer and still had similar results. Not sure where to start, appreciate any guidance

==> your hosting provider maybe has some things activated that are causing problems.
Either disable SPDY in your browser, or disable the caching on your provider part (or ask them to check/fix it)
