When I deactivate the Frontend Submit plug-in (only that one) the problem with redirections goes away?
Has it something to do with the plug-in or do I still have a unsolved issue with the WP-config.pnp? ..have tryed the www. prefix solution first.
I’m not familiar with a problem concerning too many redirections … please elaborate on that, on your wp-config.php and the www-prefix solution. It seems to me you tried to rename your WP home or so ..
I read a guide online about changing your permalinks in WP to solve problems with to many redirections. It said that a solution could be to change the adress inside WP-admin or in the WP-config.PnP file, by removing www. in front of your homepage adress. It didn’t help in my case, so the next step in the guide was to systematic deactivate latest plug-in’s. Thats how I found our homepage problem with Frontend Submit.
The frontend submit plugin doesn’t do anything unless you actually submit a new event.
But I think I found the issue: you configured it so to not accept guest submissions but didn’t configure a “Guest not allowed” page. I’ll catch that error in the next version.
