Use Facebook connect to RSVP forms (or even Orkut)

This would be good for making social networks integrated (we can load user’s avatars).

Do you mean something like a button that says “share this on facebook”? There exists already a plugin that does this (haven’t tried it yet though): http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add-to-any/

Devalicious the way to do this would be to use one of the many facebook integration applications. Then set Event Manager to require WP registration for event RSVP’s. This way people sign in to your page using there facebook details and as a result when they RSVP they are using there facebook accounts.

Its a long work around process but it does work.

Do you have any facebook plugin as an example so I can try it out (haven’t looked myself yet)

I just installed janrain & setup and it appears to be working … though I’ve only done basic testing.

I’m going to close this one. Other facebook plugins exist that can be used to log onto a wp site.
