Hi – am trying to use Braintree and getting errors.
I have a Braintree sandbox account, copied the necessary credentials into the ‘Payments’ page, checked ‘Braintree’ on the event, but nothing seems to be happening. I just get a message ‘An error has occurred’. The booking is made, but no payment activity seems to happen. Is there anything else I need to do? Any way to investigate further? I am running on GoDaddy hosted WordPress so have limited accesss to the server.
If “An error has occured” is showing, it means that something went wrong in the backend and a message not expected was returned. Normally, you’d see that in your browser console (network tab) when you make a booking.
If you give me a test event, I can see what it says on my side …
I am not seeing anything in the browser console.
I have emailed a link to my test event.
