Do you plan to add ‘Using Paypal’ to the General Options?
My client will not be using this feature, and I was first thinking that it would be better if the option were not there on the event setup (less confusing for them).
But then I noticed the Paid status yes/no dropdown on the Change Registration page, and I realized it would be great if they could use that to manually keep track of offline payments.
If using RSVP, paypal is an option. Your client will just need to accept the possibility of paypal 🙂
OK. I didn’t realize that was the rule, but it makes sense.
Actually… my client would like to have paypal integrated; I am the one who said my technical skills aren’t strong enough for me to feel confident that I could support it.
Anyway, that’s another story… we came up with an alternative that suffices for now. And as I said in my 2nd paragraph above – the Paid status option will be helpful.
