Widgets calendar does not link to single event

The calendar in the right hand widget, if a link is clicked, displays three or four different events instead just one:

I want the user that click on a date end up at the event details page instead of some category page. How do I do that?

Also there set your long_events to 0, or play with “show_ongoing=0”

For each calendar day, the ongoing/running events are otherwise shown.
